These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the aq66 platform and its users ("you" or "user"). By accessing the aq66 website or using any of its services, you fully agree to these Terms.

2.4 Verification

Transferring or selling your account to another person is prohibited. If fraudulent activity is suspected on an account, aq66 may temporarily suspend the account for investigation purposes.

New members at aq66 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 will earn the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in wagers (calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount). Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers must be used within a specified period — refer to the offer-specific validity.
• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms; these will be stated in the offer description.
• The maximum bet amount using bonus funds will be set by the respective offer.
• aq66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is suspicion of fraudulent use.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus can be used simultaneously.

5.4 VIP Program

aq66's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.3% for Silver, 0.5% for Gold, 0.6% for Platinum, and 0.8% for Diamond. Progression to higher tiers depends on activity.

6.1 General Game Rules

All games on aq66 are conducted fairly and impartially. Slot games are operated by certified software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming), and the outcome of every game is determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round may be declared void and the stake will be refunded. aq66 is not liable for paying out incorrect winning amounts displayed due to a software error.

6.3 Sports Betting

• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to operate games
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Providing false or misleading information on an account
• Attempting to exploit the platform's security systems or software vulnerabilities
